Independent graphic designer based in Lyon, I grew up immersed in cinema. Long before it became a professional field, film was already part of my everyday life and visual culture. Movies—their direction, cinematography, music, performances, and the way a poster can distill their essence—shaped my eye from an early age.
This visual education was largely built through American cinema and its major figures. These works taught me how to read an image, understand atmosphere, tension, and storytelling. That long-term immersion in film culture continues to influence my work as a graphic designer today: a strong sense of composition, the importance of framing, visual narration, and the pursuit of an impact that is both immediate and lasting.
Alongside my professional work, I develop alternative posters as a space for research and personal expression. They allow me to freely explore the codes of cinema, poster design, and typography—aiming less to illustrate than to suggest, evoke, and tell a story through imagery.
My path has been largely self-directed, shaped through observation, practice, and self-training, before being structured by formal graphic design education and solid professional experience. This approach has taught me to be autonomous, demanding, and attentive to meaning as much as form.
Today, designing a poster intended to accompany a work and meet its audience feels like a natural continuation of this journey. It would represent the culmination of a path shaped by cinema since childhood, now placed at the service of a rigorous and narrative graphic practice.
